should be able to read coordinates from current location, enter coordinates, point you in the direction of the entered coordinates (like a compass points to the north), and should tell the distance between character and entered location

it could spawn in military bases, hospitals and firestations (obvious reasons).
maybe in some random houses (depending of the size of the city, example: village no gps or in some really rare and lucky occasions, town a bit better chance of finding one, a larger city 1 or more but make it a bit harder to find)
