In both building sites (ie with cranes) and in barns with twin staircases, I randomly get 'You are dead' message with no obvious cause. Perhaps this is the same as the broken leg bug, but I'm not getting any broken leg message - I just die.

Steps To Reproduce
Has happened to me twice in building sites in the past two weeks. I just don't go into building sites anymore. Happened twice to me in barns in the past 24 hours - tried to reproduce with a new spawn and it happened again.
Additional Information
On all occasions I was crouched and carrying a second primary in my hands. Appreciate this is probably much wider navmesh issue, but wonder if specific to these buildings.
