My character is stuck in a regular server, please help.

Description

I logged my character out in the top back right bathroom in a condominium building in Severograd. When I logged back in, my character appeared under the bottom floor of the same building. I have tried crawling, vaulting, sprinting and combinations of the three along the walls, but to no avail.
