there are railtracks already in the game, why not put a vehicle like a draisine (hand-operating railvehicle) inside the game

so player should have a chance to get to other spots (there are no spawnpoints in west!) easly (also all the people who crying for vehicles should stop hating)

this kind of vehicle would be easy to implent and have not that difficulty with interacting in the world
