No sound on Grenade/Flashbang explosion

Description

Have yet to hear sound from a flashbang grenade.

When throwing Frag grenades, I've noticed I hear no sound when thrown into a field or clearing, and sound only when hitting a building etc.

smurf_master set Reproducibility to Sometimes.

smurf_master set Severity to None.

smurf_master set Resolution to Open.

flashbang does not work at all, no sound no effect on people

I don't know about you but mine work. Just no sound, or flash seeable unless inside the blast.

So if you throw one inside a room you dont know when it goes off, and you have to guess when its safe to go inside.

If you throw a flashbang and watch it from a distance, you can see a small flash but there is no sound. Also, zombies are immune to it :(
