I tried to report this about 4 months ago but it seems it was overlooked. The problem itself is not really gamebreaking but it is an environment issue. I have included a screenshot of the guilty structure. As you can see, this structure is clipping through the wall. The structure prevents the player from moving through the hall. It is located at the hospital building within the military base that is south/southwest of pavlovo.
