Zombies still runs long distance even after head shoot

Description

It seems some Zombies are still in run animation even after headshoot,
this behavior is realy annoying because you waste alot ammunition by shooting a undead (undead) Zombie.

Steps To Reproduce

Go near Balota maybe on the street and shoot some Zombies in the head.
See how thay still run at least 50-100 m even after a headshoot.

Can confirm this. Not only annoying because of ammo waste, but end up having others in the party shooting at the already dead zombie and at times hitting each other because of the confusion (Though that is more of a training and common sense issue, it would not have normally come up)

Hehehe. We/I shot a zombie running up a hill towards us. We stopped shooting as it ran past us and when it got to a level area of the field, it kept running at the hills angle. When it finally dissapeared, it was some 20/30 feet above the ground.
