Today upon logging in to a server I noticed that a First Aid Kit placed in my backpack disappeared.
Perhaps this is related with bug# 15480?

The system rearranges randomly the items and when a 2x2 item cannot fit with that specific arrangment it simply drops it. Just my guess.
