Wrong Runway Identifier at NEA

Description

The runway identifier (big two digit number at beginning of runway) IRL represents the magnetic heading of the runway devided by 10.
(E.g. runway heading 210° -> RWY identifier = 21)

However at the North East Airfield both runways have the number 15 (150°) labeled on them (see screenshot below)
For both runway-directions, this number is wrong.

According to the compass the runway pointing to the south-east has a heading of 111°(runway-identifier = 11) (see screenshots below)
Since the other runway direction is rotated by 180°, the runway heading is 111°+180°=291°
Therefore the correct runway-identifier for the runway pointing to the north-west is 29.

Also currently it is not possible to submit a bug report with the current version (0.48.124699). It is only possible to enter 0.48. Iam not sure if that is intended.

Remark on my own account:

As an aviation enthusiast, die NEA doesn’t feel very immersive to me. I really would love to see realistic runway and taxiway markings and signs.
The appearance of all airport signs and markings worldwide is regulated in the ICAO Annex 14 Volume I document.
This document can be obtained from www.bazl.admin.ch (just google "ICAO Annex 14 Volume I", it should be the first .pdf that pops up)

There is a shorter version available from the FAA website:

That would make me and probably Dean (AFAIK he is into aviation and flightsimming too) very happy :)

If the developers need any help, I can gladly create a realistic layout for the runway and the taxiways.
(During my studies I came in contact with those documents and know how to create such an layout)
