The runway identifier (big two digit number at beginning of runway) IRL represents the magnetic heading of the runway devided by 10.
(E.g. runway heading 210° -> RWY identifier = 21)
However at the North East Airfield both runways have the number 15 (150°) labeled on them (see screenshot below)
For both runway-directions, this number is wrong.
According to the compass the runway pointing to the south-east has a heading of 111°(runway-identifier = 11) (see screenshots below)
Since the other runway direction is rotated by 180°, the runway heading is 111°+180°=291°
Therefore the correct runway-identifier for the runway pointing to the north-west is 29.

Also currently it is not possible to submit a bug report with the current version (0.48.124699). It is only possible to enter 0.48. Iam not sure if that is intended.
