Not an error per se, but, I feel that you need to make changes to inventory management. I people carry items in their pack and want to access them, then their should be an animation that makes you character take off their pack and fossick around in it to get it out, or to out it in. Mags being changed instantly when in your pack is not realistic. And with the pockets in pants, shirts, vests all now becoming quite plentiful, this should be something that will make players think more carefully about how they manage their gear storage.
