Hi,

When reporting being stuck please use the correct category (Player Stuck) as this will automatically assign the issue to the admin so it can be looked into.

I manually assigned your original report when I saw it.

Unfortunately, support is not provided over the weekend so you will need to wait until Monday to be moved.
