When you have something in your hand (in my case an AKM) and you click on food to eat it, you eat it instantly and you get stuck when you close the inventory. There is the cancel action menu but you can't activate it/does nothing. You can't move, return in the inventory, cancel action, etc. so I had to change server.

In my screenshot, the inventory glitched showing the AKM on my hands and on the floor.
Edit: I found that I was running the game in experimental and I was able to join a stable server, so many animation were broken. I'll test if it resolve my problem.
