Leg breaking death when re-joining restarted server

Description

At 3 separate occasions I've died when re-joining a restarted server.
I get in, get to move a few seconds and then die from legs breaking - shoes and pants get ruined.

Has only happened at 'Black-Eagles DE', 195.122.134.68:2302, so far.
