Game crashes out when i press play in start menu

Description

The game worked fine for a few days then i got myself in an upstairs building and logged out. When i tried to log back in every time i press play it crashes to desktop

I have even installed windows 7 on a 2nd drive and still have the same issue. The file is after reinstall

Sorry for time waste new .exe has fixed my issues
