Climbing ladder killed me

Description

While climbing ladder at light house looking thing at military base located at green mountain (037,093) screen popped up and said i was dead. I have not tried to reproduce this, but when i went back there to see if i could loot my body(as I had some good items) none of my stuff was there.

Haven't tried as its pretty far west from where i spawned and by the time i got there i looted a couple police stations and got some good loot so i didn't want to try and see if it killed me again.

Thanks for the feedback, however this has already been reported.
