Sometimes, you say? I tell you, I experience this very same issue almost 90% of the time. I have tried repeatedly to draw items using their allocated quick task menu button, and nothing happens, or, worse still, the come out and go straight back away again. Nothing to do with the polling speed of my keyboard, as I have tried it on several different speeds, and it's the same. I think it might be a server lag issue.
