If your stuck in a building or floor just join a very high ping server (above 200 or so) and as soon as you log in just run through the walls. It works for me every time.

Tried it on 240 ping server. No luck. I set the filter to 500 but 240 was the highest I could find.

Try the following: do a vault towards the blocking object (if the vault won't engage look away from the object and turn quickly) and disconnect quickly in mid-vaulting while you are almost on the other side (before you are rejected to pass the object). Reconnect and you should be on the other side of the object.
