Please add this item to more locations and increase spawn chance because this item has no impact on balance and it can add a lot of interesting social interactions.
At the moment this item is completely ignored (even before it was bugged) which is really sad because it could really add some depth to game.

It would be also nice if you could decrease battery usage and add some indicator on walkie-talkie that would show you how much battery is left.
