I was crouched, with my gun drawn and in 1st-person, on the 2nd floor of a fire station with a zed below me. I was going to walk down the stairs, hugging the wall because I've gone over the edge before, and it was like the stairs had vanished. I fell straight through, broke my legs, etc.
