[Experimental] Cannot skin animals

Description

Every animal that I have tried to skin has not had the option to skin and quarter. However you can skin and quarter the red deer but no other animal.

I have only tested it on the pristine kitchen knife.

Steps To Reproduce

Kill the animal, walk up to it. Equip the knife and no option on the body of the animal.
