I am unable to bound "Fire"-action from Infantry Weapons on to Right Shift Key. Which is crucial to my game play. "Fire"-action seams to be permanently bind to Primary mouse button?

Steps To Reproduce
Step 1: Bind "Fire"-action from Infantry Weapons on to SHIFT key. Removing any other binds from that SHIFT key.
Step 2: Bind "Move Forward" from Infantry Movement on to PRIMARY MOUSE BUTTON. Remove any other binds from that PRIMARY MOUSE BUTTON key.
