The minimum system requirements as listed on the Steam store appear to be significantly below the actual minimum requirements. A computer lying somewhere between the minimum and recommended requirements will typically be unable to play the game unless the hardware is very recent. With all settings dropped to low values, frame rates for near-minimum machines tend to be on the order of 0-5 FPS.

During development you will most likely experience low fps due to DayZ SA not being fully optimized yet. Once the project comes along, the minimum/required specs should be enough to run the game.
