Rechamber a gun, and mash fire. At least one extra firing animation should occur. I've achieved up to 6 or 7 with the Sporter .22, and have gotten one extra with the P1 pistol.

Note that it doesn't seem that more than one bullet actually leaves, it's just the animation and sound. In my current position (trapped under a building), I can't test if they do or not.
