Can't attach the bipod on the Mosin anymore. Currently I have a long range scope and a compensator on it. Bipod no longer attachable for some reason.

A button with the current version both stable and experimental right next to "Game version" would be nice btw. How the fuck do you expect me to always know the current version without having to go check ffs...

This isn't a bug, its intended. The Mosin doesn't have a rail system, so you shouldn't be able to attach that bipod.
