Server was laggy as hell, so I logged out in the spiral staircase of the Staroye Police Station. When I logged into another server, I was trapped in the room above the front entrance. The one on the first floor with the boarded up door. I can glitch my butt through the outer wall, but there's nobody near to shoot me. I cannot open my own door, but I seem to be able to open the other doors, but that is not helpful to my situation.

I imaging logging out in the stairwell of the police station ought to do it, but I'll be damned if I'm going to try it again.
Additional Information
After several servers, and running around the tiny room, trying to vault and sprint, vault and sprint, prone and roll, prone and roll, my game crashed.
