If we understand correctly, the game does work if you use VPN? If so, this could be an issue somewhere on your network or on your providers end. Have you tried to contact the provider?

Servers were intentionally reworked with 1.26 and established server numbers have been reshuffled.

We discovered that you had apparently calculated the chance incorrectly. There should be about 1.00 (100%) chance overall. You have set the 1.00 chance for PeachCan in your preset, meaning that the Infected will spawn the can with a 100% chance

Unfortunately without a .mdmp file there is not much for us to go on.
You could try checking if this occurs without all the mods you have installed. If not, then the cause is in the mods and the mod creators will have to fix the issue on their end.

Please describe what is happening and also please upload a .mdmp file from the occurrence. If this is not a crash but a freeze and .mdmp file is not generated then unfortunately there is not much for us to go by.
The values are only synchronized when the client also calls any function inside InputInterface on the same player simulation timestamp (Entity.GetSimulationTimestamp) as the server. Additionally, any calls to InputInterface must only be done inside only the players command handler.
