The quick select wheel is often really janky and doesn’t equip the right items half the time causing multiple deaths. When I select a rifle and then want to switch to my shotgun it takes too long to equip the shotgun and I don’t mean literally pulling out the shotgun I mean it literally takes too long to register the input for equipping the shotgun resulting in me spamming the equip button and when it finally registers the input for equipping it instead holsters the gun. Can we just have a a better quick select feature like having 4 items/weapons be assigned to a single action for example. My rifle instead of going to the wheel I could just press L1+X to equip it. Similar to games like spider man 2 where the abilities are one input. These could be marked by maybe pressing a certain button in the inventory or a preset system in settings where rifles would automatically be one of your desired inputs combined with the face buttons.
