So usually when you have a gas mask on your face it will make your character breath really heavily if your gas canister is almost empty. There isn't much to this bug but: I put on my gas mask (with an almost empty filter) on my character and it doesn't make my character breath and cough heavily when the gas mask filter is low. nothing I do fixes this.
