I don't know anymore how to address my issue and this is my last try.
A good friend of mine is a passionate dayz player (>10kh), admin, server owner, map creater and modder.

He's a very open and friendly person and got banned by battleeye using admin mode on his own, locked server doing test for running a new map on his community for the community.
He wrote dozend of mails to your support and the battleeye support in the last 3 weeks.
He is very frustated because no one replied and has now decided to quit dayz forever and he will shut his server down in January 26.
He is in the IT Buisiness as well, so he knows that things might take time, but your battleeye installed system is not acceptable. Me too, btw.
If you won't react within the next days, I don't think he will change his mind and I won't neither.
To be honest, if I won't get a response, I'll quit dayz as well (4.2kh).
I had such a good time on dayz, I love the community, I support them on Twitch almost 4 years now, but I can't tolerate that you let your base down.
I brought a lot of friends into dayz and I'm a huge supporter, but this is not acceptable.
The creators, modders and server owners that keep the community and therefore your jobs running.
