1. Find a mosin. 2. Find green and black spraypaint. 3. Paint the mosin green. 4. Then paint black to make mosin camo. 5. Try to "Load ammo" with 7.62 mm rounds. (By dragging ammo from inventory over-top of the mosin.) You cannot, you can only chamber one round, then no more.
