After APEX Update (v1.62) the player as commander cannot order to Static Gunners (only Pacific!) deploy your weapon. (In the action menu not exist such command) I tested only with NATO (Pacific). Probably, for other new factions do not work also. Please check this! At that time, if you use the standard faction of NATO, then everything works fine/
