There is a radio tower east of Zvir, north of Pavlovo, and the ladder is glitched into the platform. I climbed the tower to locate a helicopter crash and tried to climb back down and my character would not move because of the ladder being stuck inside the platform. I tried going down normally, sliding down, getting off the ladder and back on, and when I got off the ladder my character glitched and fell down to the next platform below me and died.
Edit: I have tested various other radio towers around Chernarus, with varying results. Sometimes I get stuck for a second then clip down the ladder and can climb normal, other times it's just a visual bug, sometimes the platform doesn't allow me to go back down at all. Here is a list of other towers I have tested, and found them to be bugged. I will continue to update the list.

-Radio tower east of Solnichniy, North side of Three Valleys
