So, now they found a way to poison me with the POX. Somehow I got sick after visiting my camp and was hemmoraging blood. Couldnt figure it out until I did some research. Used an antidote pen and it went away! I never went through a contamination zone. They must have poisoned my water in my barrel.. Is this real or is this a cheat?

So, went to my base. Filled my canteen from water from my water barrel.Drank the water. about 10 minutes later, got sick. Wasnt sure what it was. started as a cough but noticed my blood went down every time I coughed. Then I started throwing up. Kept coughing kept losing blood. Finally blood got to red zone, so I realize this isnt a flu. Did some research, used a POX antidote and was instantly better... Thing is, I never went through a contamination zone. I was no where near a contamination zone. How does this happen? did someone poison my water? or my food? is this a bug? Please let me know what you have experienced in the past?
