1. Go to a reservoir or small lake (ex the ones north of Elektrozavodsk). 2. Put a canteen into hands. 3. Step into the water. The canteen cannot be filled. 4. Walk into deep water until you're swimming, then walk back out. The "Refill" option will flash up shortly when the characater is back in walking stance.
