we were unable to find exact repro , but the issue occured to us quite often when we built airlock doors as part of a building
01. build a house with airlock doorway in MP (LAN/Internet)
02. put airlock doors in it
03. try opening them, if you see them correctly , save & disconnect and try again
04. at some point you should see the doors closed even after openning them.
