The best method we have found to reproduce this is to drop 2-3 opened cans on the ground and quickly share them one after another. Usually we don't make it to the 2nd can before a server reboot, but sometimes it takes a few more. Also, it seems easier to do without any items/guns/melee weapons in hand.
