When Y axis is inverted in settings, it also affects the Quick Slot Wheel. This makes using the Quick Slot Wheel almost impossible, as you aren't moving the right analog stick in direction the visual cue is telling you to. For the item in the upper left corner, you have to move the analog stick to the lower left corner. This has resulted in death for me and several friends, as we are unable to quickly switch to the item we need for that particular situation.
