The room has no natural entry or exit. Also, there's an additional wall that is not visible from the inside. It will stop you from reaching the window in that room. You can however move your character backwards until you reach the (non-functioning) door of the room, then move your character all the way along the wall until the other end of the room, keep moving along the wall until you reach the wall featuring the windows. At this point you can see that there is an additional wall in the room that prevented you from reaching the windows, that just wasn't rendered from the other side. I was able to vault out of the window to the right.
