At the rear end of the hangers, on the left side (if looking directly at the back towards hanger, not sure if one can do it on the right side as well), one can glitch through the floor of the hanger, underneath the concrete by standing in the corner of the right side (your legs should be merged into the concrete when standing in the corner). Once that happens you simply lie down and crawl underneath the concrete and wait for prey to pass by.
(Edit: I've tried this glitch again, it seems to work all the time on the left hanger, it was the right hanger that I was unsure of, needs testing.)
