High Command module and the subordinate high command modules are set up correctly. *UPDATE if you don't have the Military Symbols module or the High Command module loaded, then setGroupIconParams works fine. Those two modules overwrite setGroupIconParams. Which is kind of silly, because setGroupIconParams is under the "High Command" section in the Bohemia documentation....
