1. Start a conflict game, play as Soviets. 2. Spawn at HQ. 3. Walk to weapon racks. 4. Pick up (Sling) an SVD. 5. Select binoculars 6. Switch to optics (RMB). 7. press 2 to switch weapons to SVD. 8. Fire. notice no firing sound. 9. If rifle sights are blank, just lower then raise optics to fix.
