Go to DayZ config file (for example: C:\Users\YOUR_PC_PROFILE\Documents\DayZ) Open DayZ.cfg with notepad. Change: GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1000; to: GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; Save it and HAVE FUN! :)
