1. Use a bluetooth headset as audio output device set to Hands-Free AG Audio mode. In AG audio mode, 1 channel is dedicated to mono audio output while the other channel is dedicated to the microphone. In stereo audio mode, 1 channel is dedicated to left output and the other to right output, there is no mic. When using stereo mode, the crash does NOT occur. My device happens to be a Sennheiser MOMENTUM Wireless M2, but experience tells me it is the communication protocol (Hands-Free AG Audio) that is more important. 2.
