This is a form to report an issue from the PC VERSION of the game - for Xbox issues use the "New DayZ Xbox Bug Report" form (delete this prior to creating the ticket) I notice when opening a can of food with a hotbar'd knife (any item to open a can) the tool used to open the can will stick unless the player holds down the hotbar key again to release the key press.
