Join a server. If your character was reset, then:
-Exit the game ASAP (either quit it or do it with Alt + F4)
-Restart the game
-In main menu you will see your char being completely new - ignore it
-Join a server
-Your character is back;
=If your character isn't back, retry these steps because he might of been re-reset. If it does not work twice then I am afraid your character was completely reset.
