Steps:
1. Going to 2nd floor of Jailhouse and top floor of the Airfield tower
2. Checking for loot
3. Suddenly black screen and message you are dead and red text showing below that my leg is in extreme pain. ( died 3 times with these scenarios )
Note: pressed escape to see if anyone was around my dead body only to hear a zombie below the floor and an attack sound from it.
