Find a zombie, let it hit you until you a bleeding nice and well. Then kill the zombie so you can ensure it won't disturb your dirtnap. Then find a nice corner or patch of ground to pass out on. Wait for knockout. Once that happens, watch as you seemingly bleed an infinite amount of blood away.
