We searched over a period of 3 days, picking up and moving and destroying/using thousands of items to see if any of the spawn points would produce new items eventually. None of the spawn points appear to have respawned -anything-. We did eventually find some of the aforementioned items and were hoping that by moving them around our server, or destroying them in our server we could "jumpstart" the loot spawning of those items but it doesn't appear to have worked. As a side note, we searched a couple other servers and found most of the aforementioned items within a couple minutes of searching similar locations in our server.
