I think i'm the only one with this issue, but this is how it goes:
1) Call friend on skype
2) Join game in Arma
3)Speak in game to people around
Then:
1) Mic both in game and on skype stops working (any attempt to fix i.e. unplugging mic doesn't help)
2)I close down Arma, at which point my internet fries
3) turn off computer (takes ages)
4)turn computer on - all works fine and dandy
