Place yourself as an AA soldier. (for my test I used a CSAT one.) Place an enemy helicopter with flares, special:flying, and either make a move waypoint with careless combat mode or use the setbehaviour command in the unit's init field. (I used a Ghosthawk for my test.) Fire at the helicopter. Observe the flares.
